At MOLEKULE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home atmosphere, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all our air purification systems. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and power cables to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
